EVE'S CHEESE
Kent County, MD

Eve's Cheese makes their cheese with grade-A milk from Fawnwood Farm, a third-generation Kent County family farm. The company, founded in 2001 by Tom and Alice Mason and John and Nancy Nunn, was named after Fawnwood Farm's award-winning Jersey cow, Eve. The cows at Fawnwood Farms represent all 6 major dairy breeds and graze on rich Eastern Shore farmland. Their high-quality milk is transported from Fawnwood to an Amish cheesemaker who handcrafts the milk into Eve's Cheese, giving the cheese its unique flavor and unsurpassed quality. Eve's Cheese sells at the St. Michaels FRESHFARM Market and at the Chestertown and Easton farmers' markets. Eve's cheese is also sold directly to many area restaurants.
