RIS LACOSTE
Chef
Ris Lacoste studied and worked at La Varenne after she graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1981. She was sous chef to Robert Kinkead at Kinkead's in Washington, DC before becoming the executive chef of 1789 in Georgetown.
