ANDREW EVANS
Chef and Co-Owner, The Inn at Easton

Andrew and Liz Evans own and operate the Inn at Easton, where Andrew is the chef and Liz is responsible for the front of the house. Food and Wine magazine recently named the Inn at Easton one of the 50 best hotel restaurants in the U.S. Andrew writes a column, 'Andrew's Kitchen,' for Chesapeake Life magazine, that features Chesapeake Bay food and recipes. His own style of cooking is built on his professional training at the Culinary Institute of America, extensive travel, restaurant cooking in Australia (where he met Liz) and reliance on the freshest ingredients bought from local farmers and watermen.
