Bonita Woods is the founder of Diet by Design, a culinary-education and consulting business that specializes in healthy and nutritional fine cuisine. Woods, who holds degrees in the sciences, culinary arts and food sciences, has been a chef for more than 20 years. She is currently the food service director for Sidwell Friends School.
