DAVID GILBERT
Chef de Cuisine, Inn at Perry Cabin

David Gilbert is a graduate of Johnson and Wales in Charleston, SC. He apprenticed in Europe before taking a position as the restaurant chef at the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas, VI. David went on to become Chef de Cuisine at the Inn at Perry Cabin. He is currently the executive chef of LuQa, a New American restaurant in Dallas, Texas, that opened in Fall of 2006.
